Rules for Applying for and Using a Unique Code for #PINAYBMW Free Advertising Wednesdays

At #PINAYBMW, we aim to support small businesses that are legitimately operating in the UAE. We understand the challenges of running a business, and we’re here to help you grow. However, please help make our lives easier by abiding by these rules, whether you are a new applicant or an existing user of a unique code, to keep things fair and organized.

RULES

Valid License with Your Name or Husband’s Name

You must have a valid business license, and either your name or your husband’s name must be on the license.
Important: If you’re applying using your husband’s name, please mention his name in your application to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Shared licenses with names that don’t match (e.g., friends or extended family) are not allowed, we allow if you’re listed as a manager.

Notify Us of License Renewal

Whether you are a new or existing user, when you renew your license, you must notify us immediately so we can update our records. Failure to provide updated license information could result in losing your advertising privileges. Email us at pinaymumsuae@gmail.com

WhatsApp Group Membership

You must be part of the #PINAYBMW WhatsApp group chat.
This is a priority for announcements, updates, and important community communication.

Posting Deadline

Posts must be submitted on Wednesday by 7:00 PM.
Any posts submitted after 7:01 PM will be automatically declined

No "Upping" Your Own Posts

You are not allowed to "UP" (bump) your own post by commenting on it to bring it back to the top of the group.
Do not ask your friends to "UP" your post either. This is unfair to other members who are following the rules and waiting for their turn.

Support the Community

Sponsoring an event
Showing up to community activities
Sharing #PINAYBMW events or posts on your social media
Supporting the community shows that you’re an active and engaged member of the group.

No Giveaways or Competitions

You are not allowed to run your own giveaway or competition in the group. This rule ensures fairness and keeps the focus on the free advertising opportunities provided by #PINAYBMW.

One Code Per Business

Each business is allowed only one unique code. If you run multiple businesses, you need to choose the one you want to promote.

Clear and Honest Applications

Provide accurate information about your business, like the name, type of business, contact details, and what you offer.
If applying with your husband’s name, make sure to include it in your application to avoid delays.
Incomplete or dishonest applications will not be accepted.

Application Process and Review

Submit your application using the form provided by #PINAYBMW.
Applications will be reviewed within 7-14 business days, and approved members will get their unique code by email.

Code Usage

Your unique code is only for free advertising on #PINAYBMW Wednesdays. Misusing the code or breaking community rules can result in losing your advertising privileges.

Remember

We’re here to support small businesses legitimately doing business in the UAE, but we need your help to keep things running smoothly.

Running your own giveaways or competitions in the group is not allowed. Contact admins/moderators if you want to do a giveaway.
Do not "UP" your own post or ask others to do it for you.

Pinay Mums reserves the right to approve or decline your request for a code at its discretion, without the need for further explanation.

Posting Guidelines

Post Day: Every Wednesday

Posting Time: Until 7:00 PM only. Any posts submitted after 7:01 PM will be automatically declined to allow our admins time to review and approve posts.

Format:

On top of your post, include: #PinayBMW #U27 - Name of your business
(Separate hashtags with a SPACE! This is very important.)
Briefly introduce yourself and your business. Share who you are and what you’re selling or promoting.
Optional: Add links to your FB Page, Instagram, or Website to help users find you easily.
Mention your price range (e.g., "Products/Services start from ---").
Important Reminder:
- Posts must be clear and honest. Ensure all information, including your business name and details, is accurate.
